CPLC is a 10-month leadership development program for high school graduates and young adults ages 17-29 who want to refine their leadership skills in a structured, healthy environment with seasoned leaders. It’s also a great starting point for those who sense a call to full-time ministry. Whether your passion takes you into ministry, the marketplace, or marriage someday, CPLC will expose you to passionate leadership and opportunities that will refine your character and clarify God’s calling on your life.
We believe young adults should be taught, mentored, and challenged for ministry to a multi-generational, multi-cultural church. In focused groups, you will be taught leadership principles in the classroom, mentored by leaders in their chosen ministry area, and challenged in prayer. When you graduate from CPLC, you will leave with college courses under your belt, the foundation of a healthy church dynamic, and the personal values and study habits necessary to succeed.
